The rooms have an area of approx. 30 m², excluding the balcony. Unlike the double rooms, they are equipped with a completely or partially separate living area with comfortable seating. Thanks to a separate bedroom with bed or sofa bed, 1-2 extra people (especially children) can be accommodated.
